Thrilled to announce a new Twig Health collaboration.

We’ve partnered with Vesta Healthcare, a leading virtual care group supporting home care populations, to pilot a solution that prepares local health plan members for their Uniform Assessment System (UAS) visits.

Using Twig’s AI-guided Front Desk service, we blend AI and collaborative support from our remote nurse team to help in-home patients prepare for UAS visits and uncover unmet care needs along the way.

Early results are compelling:
✅ 54% member engagement
✅ 42% activation (pre-UAS survey completion)
✅ 31% of engaged members requested additional services

In just a few weeks, this pilot is proving how smart, human-centered engagement can close care gaps and drive real outcomes.
